Designer’s Choice means exactly that—our floral designer is given creative freedom to select from the freshest, highest-quality flowers currently available while honoring the occasion, selected price point, and floral value purchased. The flowers, colors, varieties, and overall design may be completely different from the image displayed.
Not every flower shop carries every variety of flower, and many flowers are seasonal or subject to market availability. Flowers are natural products and will vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. For these reasons, arrangments will NOT exactly match a photograph shown online.
For arrangements pictured with a specific design, our designers will use the photo as a guide and strive to create an arrangement with a similar overall style, color palette, and presentation while working with the freshest, highest-quality flowers available. Substitutions may be made when necessary due to availability, seasonality, or quality.
Regardless of substitutions, we will honor the floral value purchased. Flowers may be substituted with varieties of comparable quality and value. Because different flower varieties have different values, the number and type of stems in the finished arrangement may vary from those pictured.
Containers may also be substituted when the pictured container is unavailable. Any substituted container will be of similar style when possible and of comparable or greater value.
DELIVERY TIMES
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate AM or PM delivery requests whenever possible. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, location, weather, holidays, funerals, and other circumstances beyond our control.
